Grace Santos

Grace Santos is a Producer, Executive Producer, and Attorney.  Her producing credits include upcoming teen comedy “Almost Popular” starring Ruby Rose Turner and directed by Nayip Ramos, “How the Gringo Stole Christmas” starring George Lopez, and award winning productions featured at Oscar qualifying film festivals such as “Silk” by Catherine Dent (“The Shield”) starring Oscar Nominee and Emmy Winner Shohreh Aghdashloo, and “Election Night” by Tessa Blake (“NCIS”) starring Peri Gilpin (“Frasier”).   

Grace Santos has worked in leadership roles at companies and organizations that have financed, produced, and distributed hundreds of films and series, including Patriot Pictures, Gamechanger Films (VP and Head of Business Affairs and Operations; worked on the A24 film “The Inspection” which has Golden Globes, Spirit Awards, and Gotham nominations, and also on the Blumhouse and Amazon Studios thriller film “Run Sweetheart Run”), the Bentonville Film Festival, Alchemy, SP Operations, Paragon Capital.  She has also worked for the now AMC Networks’ divisions: RLJ Entertainment, ALLBLK, and AcornTV, where Grace garnered mentions in the Hollywood Reporter and Variety for closing multi-million dollar deals such as “The Rewrite” starring Hugh Grant and Marisa Tomei, “Pay the Ghost” starring Nicolas Cage, and “Bone Tomahawk” starring Kurt Russell.  She has worked in various departments:  Business Affairs, Creative Development, Finance, Legal Affairs, Operations and Production.  She founded Ethos Pictures.

Grace graduated from the University of Miami with a double major in Religious Studies and International Studies and a Minor in Theatre Arts, studied for one year at the Drama Centre of Flinders University of South Australia, earned the International Baccalaureate Diploma, earned a Juris Doctor / Law Degree from Stetson University College of Law, and a film/tv producing certificate from the UCLA School of Theatre, Film, and Television.

Grace has also volunteered for numerous charities and has been awarded public interest awards for her service.  She co-founded the nonprofit Possible Films. She is on the Board of Directors for FilAm Creative, a nonprofit committed to supporting Filipino-American stories.

Grace was one of 12 participants selected for the 2020 Producers Guild of America Power of Diversity Lab.

NATPE Global has selected only five television series for its prestigious Pitch Showcase 2025, and Grace Santos is set to executive produce two of them.
